IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL

Be responsible for performance qualification, evaluation & Certification testing of all kind of store items, including Flash Fiber, Wireline, Wireless, IP & Network devices etc.

HOW CAN YOU EXPRESS YOUR TALENT

• Manage and supervise customer operations in the Hafizabad Exchange area, ensuring efficient service delivery.
• Ensure timely provisioning of services to new Flash Fiber (FF) and Copper customers within defined KPIs.
• Handle and resolve faults for FF/Copper customers in accordance with service standards.
• Rehabilitate and upgrade FF/Copper network segments to improve customer experience.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly FF migration targets through effective coordination and field execution.
• Prepare accurate and data-driven inputs for new FF network planning and deployment in service-affected areas.
• Address and resolve PSTN, DSL, IPTV, and GPON-related issues, while consistently monitoring and improving the GPON CHI.
• Mobilize maintenance teams promptly during fault occurrences to ensure timely rectification.
• Ensure strict adherence to HSE compliance in all daily job activities and field operations.

WHAT YOU NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL

Qualification:

• B.E./B.Sc. Engineering in Electrical, Electronics, Telecommunication, Computer, or Software BS IT / BS CS (4-year program)
• Relevant experience

Competencies:

• Understanding of customer operations in Copper and GPON networks, along with switching, IP, and transmission fundamentals.
• Familiarity with PTCL customer service standards and service KPI improvement frameworks.
• Knowledge of CHI monitoring and enhancement strategies.
• Ability to assess customer impact for each network element and interpret service analytics.
• Financial awareness for evaluating domain-specific tasks and resource utilization.
• Hands-on knowledge of power infrastructure including PDGs, rectifiers, AC/DC systems, and solar power operations.
• Strong communication, analytical thinking, team management, and conflict resolution skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and handling operational databases.
• Competent in driving 4-wheel LTV vehicles and managing field-level stakeholder coordination, including civic and utility agencies.
