Job Title: Customer Operations Manager
We are seeking a seasoned professional to oversee customer operations for our Access Network Elements (NEs) and MSAGs. This individual will be responsible for delivering exceptional service, ensuring operational continuity and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Service Delivery: Manage field and customer operations of Access NEs and MSAGs, ensuring timely provision of services to new customers within defined service KPIs, maintaining quality and efficiency.
  • Fault Resolution: Handle and resolve faults for customers within service timelines to ensure minimal downtime.
  • Network Optimization: Rehabilitate networks for improved customer experience and service stability.
  • Performance Management: Achieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly Flash Fiber migration targets through effective coordination and field performance.
  • Operations Management: Manage the operations and maintenance of power infrastructure, including PDG sets, rectifiers, batteries, transformers, and AC/DC earthing systems.
  • Emergency Response: Mobilize maintenance teams promptly for fault occurrence and ensure timely rectification.
  • Preventive Maintenance: Conduct Preventive Maintenance Routines (PMR) on Access Network Elements (NEs) including OLTs, switching, and NGN systems.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with HSE standards and guidelines across all operational and field activities.
