Job Description

We are seeking a skilled professional to manage customer operations in the Hafizabad Exchange area. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring efficient service delivery, timely provisioning of services, and resolving faults for customers.

The selected individual will rehabilitate and upgrade network segments to improve customer experience and achieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly migration targets through effective coordination and field execution.

Additionally, the successful candidate will prepare accurate inputs for new network planning and deployment, address and resolve PSTN, DSL, IPTV, and GPON-related issues, and monitor and improve the GPON CHI.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronics, Telecommunication, Computer, or Software Engineering
  • Relevant work experience in customer operations and switching, IP, and transmission fundamentals

Competencies include:

  • Understanding of customer operations in Copper and GPON networks
  • Familiarity with customer service standards and KPI improvement frameworks
  • Knowledge of CHI monitoring and enhancement strategies
