We're Hiring: Account Executive (IT Services | Remote + Lahore-Based)

Are you a tech-savvy sales professional who thrives on discovery calls, closing deals, and guiding clients through custom software solutions? Join us as an Account Executive and become a vital force in scaling our IT services and AI-driven solutions. This role blends technical consulting, sales execution, and client relationship management—ideal for someone ready to grow into a future sales leader.

What You'll Do

  • Lead Discovery Calls with sales-qualified leads, act as a technology consultant, and pitch solutions tailored to their needs.
  • Understand and represent our services portfolio (Web & Mobile App Dev, AI/ML, Custom Software) confidently in client-facing scenarios.
  • Own the sales pipeline—from prospecting to deal closure, client onboarding, and upselling.
  • Stay on top of client needs, conduct feedback sessions, and ensure smooth coordination with tech, delivery, and billing teams.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets. Present weekly progress reports and optimize strategy.

What You Bring

2+ years of experience as an Account Executive in an IT services company.

Proven ability to conduct discovery calls and provide consultative technical sales.

Deep understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and how tech teams operate.

A Bachelor's/Master's in IT, Business, or a related field.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills.

Timings & Location

Training Month:

  • 3 PM – 12 AM (Dinner Break: 1 Hour)
  • 3 PM – 7 PM at our Lahore office, then remote

Post-Training:

  • 5 PM – 2 AM (Remote)
  • Candidates based in Lahore are preferred due to occasional office meetings/events.
