The software is customizable to meet the workflows of single-store, multi-store, and franchise repair businesses in various industry verticals. Available in 30+ languages, RepairDesk is trusted by over 3,000 businesses globally, helping them save time, manage inventory, and run profitable repair stores.
TasksAs a Sr. Sales Account Executive, SMB Segment, you will have the opportunity to play an active part in increasing effectiveness, productivity, and revenue growth in the Sales Team.
You will be expected to have excellent interpersonal communication skills, technical comprehension, product expertise, business acumen, and overall industry knowledge.
Key Responsibilities- Consistently achieve monthly and quarterly quota expectations
- Proactively consult with customers in inbound and outbound efforts to uncover their needs and advise on solutions
- Provide customized product demonstrations to prospects across various roles
- Understand all aspects of RepairDesk products to explain technology to all user types
- Collaborate with SDRs, CSMs, Support, and other departments to ensure a smooth customer experience
- Meet daily KPIs such as calls, meetings, emails, and attend customer meetings punctually
- Maintain CRM hygiene and adhere to sales processes and rules of engagement
- High competence, curiosity, and focus
- Creative, coachable, collaborative, goal-oriented, and thoughtful
- Excellent communication skills
- Proven analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience selling complex solutions and simplifying technical concepts
- Strong presentation skills for technical and executive audiences
- Bachelor's degree required; business/management preferred
