Sales Account Executive- Lahore - Onsite - Night Shift

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Outbound Lead Generation Specialist to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work with SDRs on research, outreach, and prospecting strategies to generate qualified opportunities.
    • Take discovery calls to understand client needs and requirements.
      • Negotiate and finalize service agreements that deliver clear value and long-term client success.
        • Manage SDRs to ensure efficient lead generation and qualification processes.
          • Sales Planning: Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve and exceed sales targets.
            • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, understanding their needs and ensuring their satisfaction.
              • Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with our services, and industry trends to effectively communicate their value to clients.
                • Sales Presentations: Create compelling presentations and proposals to showcase our services, addressing client needs and objections.
                  • Sales Negotiation: Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to close deals while maximizing profitability.
                    • Pipeline Management: Maintain a well-organized sales pipeline and provide accurate sales forecasts.
                      • Reporting: Prepare regular reports on sales activities, achievements, and challenges, presenting them to the Head of Sales.
                        • Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Customer Support, and Product Development, to ensure client needs are met and issues are resolved.
                          • Customer Feedback: Gather and continuously relay customer feedback to improve products and services.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
    • Proven track record of success in sales, with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
      • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
        • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
          • Results-oriented and self-motivated.
            • Proficient in using CRM software and sales tools.
              • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Other Details:

Location: Gulberg 2, Lahore

Experience: 2-4 years

Salary: Market competitive

Timings: Mon to Friday 5pm to 2am
