Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Engagement: Engage with potential customers, understand their needs, and effectively communicate the value of our products or services to convert inquiries into sales.
  • Sales Process Management: Guide customers through the sales process, from initial contact to post-sale support. Ensure a smooth and positive customer journey.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay informed about our products and services to effectively communicate features and benefits. Provide recommendations based on customer needs to enhance the overall shopping experience.
  • Order Processing: Handle order placement, processing, and follow-up to ensure timely and accurate delivery. Collaborate with other departments to meet customer expectations.
  • Achieve Sales Targets: Set and achieve ambitious sales targets. Continuously monitor performance metrics and implement strategies to exceed goals.
  • Feedback Collection: Gather customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and contribute to the enhancement of products or services.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in sales and customer service.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with customers and vendors.
  • Knowledge of inventory management and pricing negotiation.
  • Proficient in using email and live chat platforms for customer communication.
  • Goal-oriented and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
