About the Division:
Al-Ghazi Tractors Limited, the subsidiary company of Al-Futtaim group of Dubai, is a story of rollicking success. With consistent corporate achievements, the company is recognized for corporate excellence and "Best Corporate Performance".
With its head office in Karachi, the AGTL plant at Dera Ghazi Khan, manufactures New Holland (Fiat) tractors in technical collaboration with CNHI - Case New Holland, the Number One manufacturer of agricultural tractors in the world. The AGTL plant, an icon of engineering dynamics operates on high efficiency. With Quality Control and Quality Assurance, quality improvement systems exist at every level. What you will do?
Position Overview:
To support the General Manager Commercial in identifying gaps, conducting research, developing business plans, dealership standards, and expanding the dealer network in line with company policies. This includes the appointment of new dealers and ensuring that the dealership network operates at optimal standards to achieve business targets.
Additionally, the role will support the commercial team in field testing, data compilation, and cross-functional coordination.
Dealer Appointment Process Includes:
- Market intelligence and initial outreach
- KYC and due diligence
- Negotiation of commercial and contractual terms
- Ensuring full implementation of Renault CI/VI
- Design, layout, and development of dealership facilities
- Day-to-day management and training of dealership personnel
Key Responsibilities:
Support to GM Commercial in Establishing a Robust Dealership and After-Sales Network Across Pakistan
- Develop objective criteria for dealer identification, selection, and appointment
- Conduct market research to determine the optimal number and location of dealerships
- Prepare and manage Dealer Proposal Packages, including LOUs, LOIs, and agreements
- Ensure comprehensive nationwide coverage for both sales and after-sales services
Corporate Identity (CI)
- Manage the implementation of Renault's Corporate and Space Identity guidelines
- Oversee local vendors to ensure compliance with CI standards
Budget Management
- Monitor and manage budgets related to dealer support programs, new facility setup, and staff training
Dealer Staff Training
- Assist in the selection and training of dealer management teams
- Deliver technical training programs aligned with company training policies
Dealer Audits
- Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with facility and operational standards
- Develop and implement performance-based reward and penalty systems
- Design and oversee improvement plans for underperforming dealerships
Coordination with Sales and Service Field Operations
- Collaborate with Sales and Service teams to implement dealer improvement initiatives
- Manage reporting and analysis of dealer performance metrics
Project Management for New Dealerships
- Lead projects for new dealerships, including design review, renovation, CI implementation, and interior setup
Minimum Experience Requirements
- Preferred: Agricultural Engineer with an MBA or similar professional degree from a recognized institution.
- In-depth understanding of the automotive and agricultural machinery sectors in Pakistan
Minimum Qualifications and Knowledge
- Over 10 years of experience in the tractor industry, specifically in marketing and after-sales service
- Experience with 3S and 2S dealership development and management
- Strong background in agricultural practices, farm mechanization, and dealership network standards
- Proven experience in conducting technical training programs
- Demonstrated capability to lead market research initiatives for new products and markets
Job-Specific Skills
- Sound knowledge of the Pakistani automotive (Cars, SUVs, and Tractor) industry
- Strong expertise in third-party dealership network development
- Effective project management and budgeting skills
- Ability to interpret and implement CI/VI guidelines across facilities
