Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and skilled Finance Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and overseeing invoicing and billing processes, coordinating with clients and internal teams for timely payments, maintaining financial records and documentation, supporting monthly financial reporting and reconciliation, and ensuring accurate and organized filing for audits and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Invoicing and Billing: Manage and oversee all aspects of invoicing and billing, ensuring that payments are received on time and accurately.

  • Financial Records: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records and documentation, including invoices, receipts, and bank statements.
  • Reporting and Reconciliation: Support monthly financial reporting and reconciliation, ensuring that all accounts are balanced and up-to-date.
  • Audit and Compliance: Ensure accurate and organized filing for audits and compliance, ensuring that all necessary documents are readily available.
