What you'll do:
The Key Account Executive will be responsible for supporting the management of key e-commerce accounts across major UAE/KSA platforms, driving operational excellence, ensuring strong digital shelf presence, and contributing to commercial performance. This role is ideal for a category management or e-commerce executive eager to grow within regional online retail operations.
Assist in managing and growing key e-commerce accounts for UAE/KSA platforms like Amazon, Noon, Talabat, and others.
Support in developing and executing monthly commercial, promotional, and sell-out plans.
Ensure accurate product listings, content uploads, pricing, and stock availability across platforms.
Monitor digital shelf performance including content accuracy, visibility, pricing compliance, and keyword optimization.
Coordinate daily with platform teams for issue resolutions, promotional activations, and operational updates.
Track and report on sales performance, promotions, and platform campaign outcomes.
Liaise with internal cross-functional teams (marketing, supply chain, finance) to ensure seamless execution of e-commerce operations.
Keep abreast of marketplace trends, platform policy changes, and competitor activities in the UAE/KSA e-commerce space.
Assist in preparing business performance reports, dashboards, and actionable insights for management.
Work on optimizing product visibility and conversion through regular content enhancements and data-driven analysis.
What you'll need:
1–2 years of experience in category management, e-commerce, or account management (FMCG or e-commerce company preferred).
Familiarity with UAE/KSA e-commerce platforms like Amazon, Noon, Talabat is a plus.
Strong skills in MS Excel, reporting, and data analysis.
Attention to detail, excellent coordination, and communication abilities.
Must be based in Karachi.
