Client Company Introduction:
A Pakistan-based Market Services Company setting the standard in design & display, with 150+ employees, hiring onsite from Karachi.
Opening: Key Accounts- Develop and maintain strong, trustworthy relationships with all assigned key accounts.
- Grow the portfolio by adding new partners and achieving MOM growth of partner transactions.
- Analyze and identify partner needs and growth opportunities.
- Implement value-add initiatives and proactively resolve operational bottlenecks.
- Execute marketing calendars in collaboration with Key Accounts.
- Align Key Accounts with the company's short- and long-term strategies.
- Ensure superior customer service, operational excellence, and strategic insight.
- Drive client retention and satisfaction, maintaining visibility and communication with management.
- Report progress on initiatives to internal and external stakeholders.
- Handle additional tasks/projects as they arise.
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in a similar role.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or relevant field.
- Strong sense of responsibility and ownership.
- Process-oriented with basic analytical skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, or Google equivalents.
- Driven, ambitious, with good communication skills.
- Proactive and capable of leading independent projects.
- Ability to perform root cause analysis and build process flows.
Experience: 3+ Years
Work Days: Monday - Friday
Work Mode: Onsite
