We are looking for a courteous and customer-focused Front Desk & Guest Relations Officer with 3-4 years of experience in a similar role. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering outstanding service, handling inquiries, and ensuring a seamless and positive experience for all guests and visitors. Strong interpersonal skills, a polished professional appearance, and the ability to effectively manage front desk operations and guest relations are essential for this position.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Welcome and greet guests and visitors with a warm and professional demeanor.
  • Maintain a neat and organized front desk area.
  • Answer phone calls and direct inquiries to the appropriate departments or personnel.
  • Process guest requests for wake-up calls, additional amenities, and transportation services.
  • Maintain a log of guest interactions and provide feedback to management for service improvement.
  • Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance staff to ensure smooth operations.
  • Receive incoming mail and promptly distribute it to the relevant receiver.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of both incoming and outgoing emails.
  • Handle scheduling and booking of meetings.
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support for activities related to overall office administration.

Experience:

  • Minimum: 3-4 years
  • Preferred: Prior experience in guest relations, front desk operations, or administrative roles.

Education/Qualification:

  • Preferred: Master's degree
