The incumbent will be responsible for making plan, procedures for maintaining and troubleshooting of automated instrumentation in pharmaceutical machines & ancillaries.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyzing equipment failure data to identify patterns and trends.
  • Conducting root cause analysis to determine the underlying cause of problems.
  • Developing and implementing new maintenance procedures.
  • Help in creating OPEX budget and evaluating the operating demands of automation process control machines.
  • Perform the upkeep, installation, adjustment, and restoration of various apparatus, process control computers, and electronic instruments.
  • Overseeing the development and implementation of innovative control strategies, and guiding team in advanced technical and project management skills.
  • Having knowledge & ability to read and interpret system diagrams, schematics, code, and software to debug and optimize hardware systems.
  • Must be able to use a combination of technical knowledge, creativity, and problem-solving skills to develop solutions for complex system.

Key Requirements:

  • a B.E degree in Electronics
  • a minimum of 4 - 8 years of relevant experience of organization preferably (pharmaceutical, FMCG & processing industry). Having machine installation and Commissiong experience.
  • Develop and implement training programs for department staff.
  • have sound Knowledge of SAP & Engineering Fundamentals, and the ability to perform corrective, preventative maintenance & conditional based maintenance on existing machines.
  • Manage machines spare parts management and suggest modifications to enhance system performance, and prepare written reports of activities such as installation, qualifications & root cause analysis.
  • Hands on experiments of PLC, HMI & motion drives.
