Job Title

We are seeking a highly skilled Talent Acquisition Specialist to spearhead our recruitment efforts. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent in technical roles.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to meet our business objectives.
  2. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and craft compelling job descriptions.
  3. Leverage various sourcing channels, such as LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and networking, to attract exceptional candidates.
  4. Maintain a robust talent pipeline to support current and future hiring demands.
  5. Foster a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  6. Monitor and optimize recruitment metrics, such as time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, and candidate quality.
Requirements:
  1. 3-4 years of experience in technical recruitment, with a focus on bulk hiring.
  2. In-depth understanding of technical roles, industry trends, and hiring best practices.
  3. Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS platforms, and other sourcing tools.
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage candidates and stakeholders.
  5. Ability to manage multiple roles and thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

  1. Experience working in tech startups or fast-growing companies.
  2. Certification in HR or Talent Acquisition (SHRM, CIPD, or similar).
Education:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
