Role Overview:

We're looking for a highly motivated Marketing Head to build and lead our marketing efforts from the ground up. You will create brand awareness, generate qualified leads, and position our company as a trusted partner in AI and software development services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive B2B marketing strategy focused on AI and custom software services.
  • Identify and profile target markets and ideal customer segments.
  • Plan and manage digital marketing campaigns across LinkedIn, Google Ads, SEO, email marketing, and industry platforms.
  • Create and oversee content marketing initiatives: blogs, case studies, whitepapers, webinars, and videos.
  • Build brand positioning and messaging that clearly communicates our unique value.
  • Analyze campaign performance and optimize marketing activities for lead generation and ROI.
  • Collaborate with leadership and sales teams to align marketing and business goals.
  • Manage marketing budget and vendor relationships if needed.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Proven B2B marketing experience, preferably in software development, AI, or technology services.
  • Strong understanding of AI, machine learning, and custom software solutions.
  • Demonstrated success in digital marketing, lead generation, and brand building.
  • Excellent communication, storytelling, and content creation skills.
  • Data-driven mindset with experience using analytics tools (Google Analytics, CRM, etc.).
  • Ability to work independently and build marketing functions from scratch.
  • Experience with marketing automation tools and CRM is a plus.
