Job Title: Human Resources Generalist

The Human Resources Generalist plays a pivotal role in the organization by overseeing various aspects of human resources administration.

This position involves coordinating recruitment activities, conducting interviews, facilitating employee onboarding and orientation, organizing training programs, managing employee benefits and rewards, and maintaining HR records in accordance with company policies and practices.

Responsibilities
  • Coordinating recruitment efforts to attract top talent.
  • Developing and implementing effective employee onboarding programs to ensure seamless integration into the organization.
  • Designing and delivering training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date HR records, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Collaborating with management to develop and implement strategic plans for employee engagement and retention.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in human resources administration, preferably in recruitment and employee onboarding.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with individuals at all levels.
  • Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy in data management and record keeping.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS software.
