Quality Resource Private Limited, a multinational Digital Marketing company, is looking for a Recruitment Specialist in its HR department who can meet the company's recruitment needs for its International Sales Departments.

Work Timings: 1:00 PM - 10:00 PM (Monday - Friday)

Location: Main Boulevard, Gulberg II

Salary Slab: 60k-120k

Responsibilities:

  • Devise and conduct a targeted recruitment research strategy for the company's Sales department hiring.
  • Track and identify prospective candidates using a variety of channels.
  • Assess candidates to ensure qualification match, cultural fit, and compatibility.
  • Conduct confidential interviews, follow up references, and check credits.
  • Present and provide shortlisted candidates with detailed profile summaries to the relevant department managers during the hiring process.
  • Assist in guiding and facilitating the negotiation process through to its completion, serving as a mediator role by doing a follow-up with the candidates throughout the hiring process.
  • Create and publish job ads on various portals after getting approval from the relevant department managers.
  • Network with potential hires through professional groups on social media, LinkedIn, and during events.
  • Collaborate with relevant department managers to set qualification criteria for future and current employee hiring, and screen resumes and job applications.
  • Interview candidates in person for a wide range of roles (junior, senior executive or Team Lead roles etc.)
  • Track hiring metrics including time-to-hire, time-to-fill, and source of hire.
  • Assisting Sales department managers with interviewing techniques and assessment methods.
  • Must be able to dial at least 100 recruitment calls a day.

Requirements and Skills:

  • Proven working 2 plus years of experience and deep understanding in Sales Recruitment (Call Center) will be a plus point.
  • Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS), recruiting software, and candidate databases.
  • Excellent knowledge of recruiting expertise (market status, trends, best practices).
  • Effective negotiation, influencing, and communication skills.
  • Integrity and confidentiality.
  • Knowledge of sourcing techniques on social media and niche professional websites like LinkedIn, Facebook, Indeed, etc.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Bachelor's in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a relevant field.
