- Well versed with modern sales practices, issues and monitoring techniques
- Strong leadership and supervisory skills
- Strong command of MS Office
- Good Grip on Sales KPI's
- Achieve secondary and primary nationwide sales targets for the ASSIGNED brands.
- Provide participative leadership to the field force to meet sales objectives.
- Engage and motivate Field Force, Distributors, and Sub-Distributors.
- Communicate strategies and policies effectively to all stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain a robust distribution network and strong trade relationships.
- Implement company-approved trade policies for distributors and traders.
- Design and maintain a cost-effective sales field force structure.
- Assign targets to ZSM/AZSM/FSM and monitor their daily performance.
- Implement and oversee monthly trade offers.
- Ensure complete coverage of retail outlets in the region as per the SAF List.
- Maintain sufficient stock levels at all outlets.
- Oversee quality display and merchandising standards.
Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance by SKU and channel.
