Medivo is hiring a results-driven and motivated Business Development Representative to join its on-site team in Islamabad. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating qualified leads, initiating contact with prospective clients, and promoting Medivo's medical billing services to healthcare providers. This role plays a critical part in expanding the company's client base by identifying new business opportunities, managing sales outreach efforts, and supporting the transition from prospect to client. The position requires excellent communication skills, a proactive approach to sales, and a strong understanding of the healthcare industry.

We are looking for a motivated fresher or final-year student who is eager to build a career in business development within the US healthcare industry.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct market research to identify healthcare providers and organizations in need of medical billing and RCM solutions.
  • Initiate and manage outreach to potential clients via calls, emails, and professional networks.
  • Qualify leads by assessing their current billing processes, pain points, and alignment with Medivo's services.
  • Schedule and coordinate discovery calls or demos between qualified leads and the senior business development or operations team.
  • Build and maintain relationships with physicians, clinics, and healthcare administrators to establish trust and long-term partnerships.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales, marketing, and operations teams to align outreach efforts and improve lead conversion strategies.
  • Maintain detailed records of all outreach activities, client interactions, and market intelligence using CRM and medical billing platforms.

Requirements:

  • Strong interest in business development and a willingness to learn the ins and outs of medical billing and RCM.
  • Excellent communication skills in English – both verbal and written.
  • Confident, proactive, and eager to work in a client-facing environment.
  • Basic understanding or willingness to learn about US healthcare systems and revenue cycle processes.
  • Comfortable using tools like Excel, CRM software, and other outreach platforms (training will be provided).
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or any relevant field (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).

Working Hours:

6:00 PM – 3:00 AM PST (Night shift to align with U.S. business hours).
