About the Role:
As the Assistant Manager – Marketing, you will play a key leadership role within the Marketing Department, directly supporting the Head of Marketing. This position is pivotal in shaping and leading our branding efforts while also managing and mentoring the marketing team. You will ensure consistency in our brand voice across all platforms, oversee the execution of creative campaigns, and maintain the integrity of Savvital's brand identity as we continue to scale.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and execution of branding strategies aligned with Savvital's mission and market positioning.
- Oversee all internal and external brand communication, ensuring consistency in tone, visuals, and messaging.
- Supervise and support the marketing team, guiding project timelines, deliverables, and team KPIs.
- Collaborate with design, content, recruitment, and operations departments to produce compelling marketing campaigns.
- Manage and maintain brand assets, style guides, and communication frameworks across platforms.
- Assist in planning and executing brand activations, online presence campaigns, and digital storytelling.
- Ensure timely reporting on campaign performance and provide insights for continuous improvement.
- Stay up to date on industry trends, branding innovations, and competitor activities to keep Savvital's brand current and competitive.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of relevant marketing experience, with a strong focus on branding.
- Demonstrated experience in leading creative marketing initiatives and managing teams.
- Proficiency in marketing tools and platforms such as Canva, Meta Business Suite, Mailchimp, Google Ads, etc.
- Strong project management, communication, and leadership skills.
- Excellent command of the English language (written and spoken).
- A keen eye for design, storytelling, and detail.

Work Timings:
This is a full-time role with flexible US Hours' Shift. Specific hours will be determined based on business needs and candidate availability.
