Information Technology Service Delivery ManagerInformation Technology Service Delivery Manager

We are seeking an experienced Service Delivery & Operations Manager to lead the delivery and management of IT infrastructure, cloud services, cybersecurity compliance, and technical operations across global environments. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Linux and Microsoft ecosystems, cloud platforms (especially AWS), network security, and a proven track record of managing IT services to meet performance, security, and SLA standards.

???? Service Delivery & Operations

Manage end-to-end delivery of IT services including Linux-based and Microsoft-based infrastructure.

Oversee cloud environments (AWS EC2, VPS) and secure deployments.

Lead operational support for VPNs, firewalls, SSL configurations, secure remote access, and Windows Server environments.

Ensure uptime, performance optimization, and SLA compliance across multi-region cloud and network infrastructure.

???? Cybersecurity & Compliance

Implement and maintain ISO 27001/27002 standards, ISMS documentation, and lead internal audit readiness.

Conduct server hardening (Linux and Windows), patching, vulnerability scans (OpenVAS), and threat detection using Wazuh, Graylog, and related tools.

Monitor system logs, manage security incidents, and ensure compliance with company and regulatory policies.

Lead deployment, support, and lifecycle management of Microsoft-based IT services (Active Directory, Group Policy, Microsoft 365, Exchange, Windows Server).

Provide end-user support and infrastructure solutions for enterprise IT environments.

Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in Microsoft technology stack is mandatory.

???? Technical Leadership

Lead automation and scripting projects (Bash, PowerShell) to improve efficiency across Linux and Windows systems.

Guide and mentor engineering and operations teams on best practices, technical standards, and troubleshooting.

Oversee tools like Cacti, Wazo SBC, DNS, NGINX, and routing protocols (NAT, BGP, OSPF).

Work closely with clients and internal stakeholders to ensure IT solutions align with business goals.

Represent IT delivery at strategic meetings and contribute to partnership and growth discussions.

Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, IT, Telecommunications, or a Network Engineering.

Certification in CCNA
