INTECH Automation & Intelligence is seeking a Project Administrator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in project coordination, logistics management, financial reporting, and team & customer coordination.
Key Responsibilities:- Tracking project payments, expenditures, purchase orders, invoices, and statements.
- Preparing monthly WIP and management reports.
- Creating business dashboards to derive insights.
- Reconciling processed work by verifying entries and system reports.
- Maintaining historical records.
- Verifying expense reports for employee payments.
- Analyzing accounts and producing monthly reports.
To be successful, you should have:
- Bachelor's or master's degree in business administration.
- 4-5 years of experience in a similar role.
- Strong Excel skills and ability to analyze management information.
- Knowledge of management accounts, budgets, and forecasts.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
