
Project Administrator

The Project Coordinator will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day management of projects and clients. This role involves working closely with both clients and internal teams to ensure project plans are maintained, monitored, and communicated effectively.
Main Responsibilities:
- Maintaining and monitoring project schedules across multiple implementations
- Managing stakeholder views towards the best solution
- Communicating major milestones, priorities, bottlenecks, and problems affecting successful delivery
- Preparing project documentation, including meeting notes, status reports, change management, and client approval documents
- Reporting on the overall health of the project and quality of service delivered to the client
- Identifying key risks to project delivery and developing practical risk mitigation plans
- Creating meeting agendas
- Taking and distributing meeting notes and action items
- Overseeing and managing all aspects of projects and timesheets
- Managing project timelines, resources (technical and non-technical), tasks, risks, budget, and scope for internal projects
- Resolving client issues, monitoring and managing out-of-scope items, and reporting additional opportunities to sales
- Monitoring resource adherence to plans using resource tools and reports
- Providing status updates and metrics to management, facilitating post-mortems, and compiling lessons learned
- Ensuring project teams input hours, run weekly burn reports, and present reports to the Account Team or Client Partner
Requirements:
Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science; preferably MS in Project Management
