Job Summary

The Project Coordinator will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day management of projects and clients. This role involves working closely with both clients and internal teams to ensure project plans are maintained, monitored, and communicated effectively.

Main Responsibilities:
  1. Maintaining and monitoring project schedules across multiple implementations
  2. Managing stakeholder views towards the best solution
  3. Communicating major milestones, priorities, bottlenecks, and problems affecting successful delivery
  4. Preparing project documentation, including meeting notes, status reports, change management, and client approval documents
  5. Reporting on the overall health of the project and quality of service delivered to the client
  6. Identifying key risks to project delivery and developing practical risk mitigation plans
  7. Creating meeting agendas
  8. Taking and distributing meeting notes and action items
  9. Overseeing and managing all aspects of projects and timesheets
  10. Managing project timelines, resources (technical and non-technical), tasks, risks, budget, and scope for internal projects
  11. Resolving client issues, monitoring and managing out-of-scope items, and reporting additional opportunities to sales
  12. Monitoring resource adherence to plans using resource tools and reports
  13. Providing status updates and metrics to management, facilitating post-mortems, and compiling lessons learned
  14. Ensuring project teams input hours, run weekly burn reports, and present reports to the Account Team or Client Partner

Requirements:

Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science; preferably MS in Project Management
