The successful candidate will possess strong organizational and time management skills, effective communication and interpersonal abilities, proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, attention to detail and accuracy in work, ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, and experience in the construction industry is a plus.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Coordinating with vendors and subcontractors to ensure timely delivery of projects
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date project documentation
  • Providing administrative support to project managers
  • Assisting in project scheduling and coordination to ensure smooth project execution

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field and a strong passion for learning and growing within a dynamic organization.
