We're looking for a proactive and driven Business Development Executive focused solely on prospecting and identifying new buyers.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify, research, and build a pipeline of potential Medicare lead buyers and agencies.
Conduct outbound outreach via LinkedIn, email, cold calls, and CRM tools.
Qualify prospects through structured discovery calls and needs assessment.
Track and manage outreach activity and responses in CRM.
Collaborate with internal teams to continuously improve outreach messaging and targeting strategies.
Schedule and coordinate meetings for senior sales leadership with qualified prospects.
Stay current on trends in the Medicare and healthcare marketing space to identify new opportunities.
Maintain high activity levels and hit weekly KPIs (calls, emails, contacts, meetings booked).
Requirements:
Experience in outbound sales or business development & lead generation.
Familiarity with Medicare buyers, lead vendors, or insurance brokers is a plus.
Strong communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills.
Highly self-motivated and target-driven with a results-oriented mindset.
Comfortable using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM platforms, email sequencing tools, and basic research platforms.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Timings: 6:00 PM – 3:00 AM
