Veclar Technologies, a well-established US-based B2B organization, seeks a proactive Sales Specialist. We provide various services to realtors in the USA and Canada. Established in 2018, we specialize in the IT service industry, focusing on B2B relationships. Our services include customer acquisition, digital marketing, content marketing, IT solutions, and virtual assistance. Success in this role hinges on delivering effective solutions to drive revenue growth. The perfect match for this position should be a good listener with a persuasive sales approach and excellent communication skills.
Job Description:
We seek a highly motivated Client Success Executive to join our dynamic sales team. As a Client Success Executive, you will be responsible for identifying and cultivating new business opportunities by reaching out to potential clients via phone, email, and other communication channels. You will work closely with our sales team to understand customer needs, promote our products or services, and close sales.
Job Responsibilities:
- Prospecting and qualifying leads through cold calling, email outreach, and other lead generation techniques.
- Conducting product demonstrations and presentations for potential clients.
- Understanding customer needs and recommending appropriate products or services.
- Establishing and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to address customer issues and drive service improvements.
- Tracking and reporting on customer success metrics, such as customer satisfaction, retention, and renewal rates.
- Developing and maintaining customer documentation and knowledge base articles.
- Prospect hunting and able to give live transfers.
Job Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in a similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Goal-oriented with a strong drive to succeed.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools is a plus.
What We Offer:
- The basic Salary Package is 40,000-60,000 PKR per month.
- Lucrative incentives, commissions, performance rewards, and referral bonuses.
