Centangle Interactive, a leading software development company based in Islamabad (G-5/2), seeks a talented and experienced Business Development & Marketing Specialist to join our expanding team. We are looking for a proactive individual with a proven track record in driving business growth and enhancing brand visibility.

Your Role:

You will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive business development and marketing strategies to expand Centangle's market presence and achieve revenue targets. Your expertise will be crucial in identifying new opportunities, building strong client relationships, and maximizing the effectiveness of our marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategic business development plans aligned with company objectives.
  • Market Analysis: Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Marketing Campaigns: Create and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels, including content marketing, social media, and PR.
  • Sales Optimization: Manage the sales pipeline, optimize sales funnels, and close deals to achieve revenue targets.
  • Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of marketing and sales initiatives, providing data-driven insights.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to ensure alignment of business development and marketing efforts.
  • Lead Generation: Implement effective lead generation strategies, including cold outreach and CRM management.
  • Industry Research: Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to maintain a competitive edge.
Required Skills and Experience:
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing, preferably within the IT/software industry.
  • In-depth understanding of digital marketing, branding, and content strategy.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency2 in CRM tools and sales pipeline management.
  • Proven experience in cold emailing and cold calling.
  • Experience in setting up and optimizing sales funnels.
  • Self-driven and results-oriented with a strong work ethic.
