About the opportunity
Responsibilities:
Research, identify, and evaluate sales opportunities, generate leads, and classify targets.
Collaborate with local and regional foodpanda teams to execute market strategies and identify growth opportunities for foodpanda (Kitchens).
Manage the acquisition of new Kitchens clients.
Manage KPIs and targets for account management and grow the existing client portfolio.
Develop and implement account plans with strategic and tactical initiatives to meet company growth targets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, ensuring their needs are met through regular communication.
Report progress on monthly/quarterly targets and manage month-end and year-end closing processes.
Serve as the primary contact for vendor complaints, handling and resolving issues promptly to maintain high satisfaction.
Collaborate with marketing, finance, legal, product, and customer success teams to ensure seamless vendor experiences.
Create and deliver presentations, proposals, and sales materials that highlight the company's value proposition.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities, sharing insights with leadership and sales teams.
Identify opportunities for process improvements and propose new tools and methods within the team and business unit.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
3-5 years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Strong skills in account management and relationship building.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proven success in meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Good business judgment and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
