Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager at CrawlBytes.com in Islamabad. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing strategic partnerships, and growing the client base. They will also be involved in creating and presenting proposals, negotiating contracts, and maintaining strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities.
  • Pitch our digital marketing services (SEO, SMM, PPC, content marketing, etc.) to potential clients.
  • Follow up on inbound leads and convert them into long-term clients.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
  • Develop proposals, quotations, and negotiate contracts.

Requirements:

  • 1+ years of experience in business development/sales within a digital marketing agency.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing services, especially SEO and social media.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proven track record of closing leads and meeting sales targets.
  • Self-driven, proactive, and results-oriented mindset.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Business Development, Sales, and Client Relationship Management
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Knowledge of digital marketing strategies and industry trends
  • Proven track record of meeting sales targets and business growth
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Experience in the digital marketing industry is a plus

Salary Package 30k Plus commission
