Sales Manager - Cosmetic, Skincare Products

- Day to day sales monitoring.

- Coordination with Field Managers & Sales force.

- Explore new markets and ventures of sales.

- Strong knowledge of the retail structure of FMCG.

- Understanding of consumer sales and distribution methodologies.

- Strong follow-ups, problem solving & decision making skills.

- Market visits to take overview of products performance.

- Development of sales tactics and strategies to counter competitive pressure.

- Develop and maintain smooth reporting structure within sales operations department including assigned region/branches.

- To effectively maintain proper records of all sales related activities/information.

- Allocate sales incentives for the field/sales staff as per the approved compensation structure.
