
Front Office Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Receptionist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere and ensuring smooth office operations.
The ideal candidate will have prior experience of 3+ years as a receptionist or front desk officer, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other office software.
Responsibilities will include greeting and welcoming visitors, managing the front desk, handling incoming calls and emails, assisting with administrative tasks, maintaining records and files, and coordinating with internal teams.
To thrive in this role, you should possess strong organizational skills, keen attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities- Greet and welcome visitors with a positive and professional demeanor.
- Manage the front desk, ensuring a tidy and organized reception area.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence efficiently.
- Assist with administrative tasks including scheduling appointments and managing calendars.
- Maintain records and files, ensuring confidentiality.
- Coordinate with internal teams to facilitate smooth office operations.
- Prior experience of 3+ years as a receptionist or front desk officer.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other office software.
- Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
