Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategies to expand the client base.
  • Identify and convert potential leads into business opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Conduct market research to analyze trends and competition.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to customize solutions for clients.
  • Prepare and present business proposals and negotiate contracts.
  • Work with marketing to generate leads and enhance brand awareness.
  • Maintain CRM records of sales activities and client interactions.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's/Master's in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in business development within the software industry.
  • Strong understanding of software solutions, SaaS, and IT services.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to develop long-term client relationships.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in international business development.
  • Familiarity with AI, cloud computing, or emerging technologies.
