Area of interest: Private Banking & Wealth Management
Responsibilities related to the delivery of business and / or financial objectives, for example, awareness and understanding of the wider business, economic, and market environment.
Key Responsibilities- Business development through activities such as formulating, implementing, and monitoring strategies, sales plans, and activities to acquire new customers and deepen existing relationships, aligning these with business goals.
- Manage a team of Relationship Managers, Priority and Client Service Managers, Affluent by leading, directing, coaching, and managing the team.
- Drive team targets by generating profitable revenue and volume growth, focusing on deepening existing customer relationships and cross-selling to increase market and customer share of wallet.
- Follow up with RMs for CEMS leads and opportunities consumption.
- Guide sales efforts through the development and execution of structured sales plans based on market knowledge and customer needs.
- Spearhead marketing efforts for new relationships.
- Manage RMs to ensure productivity and achievement of KPIs.
- Ensure outreach to maximum number of affluent clients.
- Respond to compliance-related client queries promptly.
- Market knowledge: Experience dealing with high-end clients.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to influence clients.
- Excellent interpersonal and persuasive skills.
- Understanding of regulatory governance frameworks.
- Mandatory and developmental banking and role-specific training, including KYC/AML/CDD/WMP training.
