We are seeking a full-time HR Business Partner (HRBP) to support our rapidly growing Pakistan operations.

Main Job Duties:
  1. Understand and diagnose the business and operational status of supported departments, provide HR solutions based on actual needs, and implement them to support strategic goals;
  2. Coordinate daily HR needs such as recruitment, performance management, team building, personnel development, incentive programs, employee relations, cultural development, and addressing employee concerns;
  3. Promote the implementation of HR policies and processes within the business departments, and provide feedback for improvements;
  4. Perform additional tasks assigned by HR Leadership or Country Manager.
Job Requirements:
  1. Bachelor's degree or higher, with at least 5 years of HR experience, including a minimum of 2 years as an HR Business Partner. Experience in the financial industry or supporting roles in telemarketing and customer service is a plus;
  2. Rich experience in modules such as salary and performance management, recruitment, employee relations, organizational development, or talent development;
  3. Strong business insight, interpersonal skills, time management, and willingness to handle multiple modules and projects based on business needs;
  4. High sense of responsibility, intelligence, humility, introspection, enthusiasm, and self-drive;
  5. Fluent in Urdu and proficient in English.
