This HR Business Partner role involves supporting our expanding Pakistan operations by understanding and analyzing the business and operational status of supported departments.
- Analyze and diagnose business issues, develop HR solutions, and implement them to achieve strategic goals;
- Manage daily HR functions such as recruitment, performance management, team building, personnel development, incentive programs, employee relations, cultural development, and addressing employee concerns;
- Advise on HR policies and processes within the business departments, ensuring continuous improvement;
- Undertake additional tasks assigned by HR Leadership or Country Manager.
To succeed in this role, you should have a strong background in HR, preferably with a Bachelor's degree or higher, and a minimum of 5 years of experience, including at least 2 years as an HR Business Partner.
- Proven expertise in areas like compensation and performance management, recruitment, employee relations, organizational development, or talent development;
- Excellent business acumen, communication skills, project management abilities, and adaptability to handle diverse tasks;
- High level of accountability, emotional intelligence, and a growth mindset;
- Proficiency in Urdu and English languages.
