Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced, professional, and discreet Female Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support to our CEO. The ideal candidate will be proactive, organized, and capable of managing a wide range of executive and administrative tasks with a high level of efficiency and confidentiality.

Responsibilities
  • Calendar & Schedule Management: Organize and maintain the CEO's calendar, including scheduling internal and external meetings, appointments, and travel.
  • Communication Management: Screen and manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence on behalf of the CEO.
  • Travel Coordination: Plan and coordinate domestic and international travel, including flights, accommodations, itineraries, and visa requirements.
  • Meeting Preparation: Prepare agendas, briefings, presentations, and take detailed meeting notes when required.
  • Confidential Support: Handle sensitive information with the utmost discretion and maintain confidentiality at all times.
  • Project Coordination: Assist in the coordination and execution of strategic projects, following up on deliverables and deadlines.
  • Liaison Role: Act as a point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Office Management Support: Support the CEO in day-to-day operations and office-related functions when needed.
  • Personal Assistance (if applicable): Assist with select personal tasks that intersect with professional obligations (e.g., scheduling personal appointments, managing VIP relations).
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred.
  • Minimum 5 years of proven experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably supporting a C-level executive.
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication.
  • High level of discretion and professionalism.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other productivity tools.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs100,000.00 - Rs130,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
