Seerox is looking for an HR / Admin Assistant to join our team and support the day-to-day activities of our Human Resources department.

In this role, you must have good organizational skills, work independently, and ensure that all HR & office operations run smoothly.This is full-time, on-site position at Faisalabad office.

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Ensures smooth communication with employees and timely resolution to all queries directed to HR and Finance.
  • Perform administrative duties, such as maintain and update records, files.
  • Handle end-to-end recruitment from outsourcing to onboarding and offboarding.
  • Assist with scheduling, calendar management, and emails.
  • Support document preparation, data entry, and filing.
  • Assist in monthly payroll preparation.
  • Attend to incoming phone calls.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree (Preferred).
  • Strong organizational and time.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office / Google Workspace.
  • Proactive, reliable, and eager to learn.
