We are seeking a skilled Human Resources Professional to join our team as an HR Officer.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of human resource principles, practices, and procedures, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Provide administrative support to the HR Manager and assist with daily operations of the department.
- Develop and implement work methods and procedures, ensuring effective implementation of decisions.
- Participate in training arrangements and assist in developing and maintaining Personnel Policies, Procedures, and new programs related to Human Resources.
- Handle execution of HR tasks, providing administrative support to the HR Manager.
- Assist in recruitment, interviewing, and selection processes, and communicate with applicants in a timely manner.
- Support newcomers in integrating with company departments.
- Perform any other duties assigned by the HR department.
- Coordinate and follow up on office assets.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Understanding of human resource principles, practices, and procedures.
- Effective time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines.
- Ability to perform well in a high-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
