We are seeking a skilled Human Resources Professional to join our team as an HR Officer.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of human resource principles, practices, and procedures, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  1. Provide administrative support to the HR Manager and assist with daily operations of the department.
  2. Develop and implement work methods and procedures, ensuring effective implementation of decisions.
  3. Participate in training arrangements and assist in developing and maintaining Personnel Policies, Procedures, and new programs related to Human Resources.
  4. Handle execution of HR tasks, providing administrative support to the HR Manager.
  5. Assist in recruitment, interviewing, and selection processes, and communicate with applicants in a timely manner.
  6. Support newcomers in integrating with company departments.
  7. Perform any other duties assigned by the HR department.
  8. Coordinate and follow up on office assets.

  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Understanding of human resource principles, practices, and procedures.
  • Effective time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
