Are you an experienced professional in the financial sector or Fresher? We are a leading UK-based money remittance company with 23 years of experience in providing reliable and secure money transfer services. As we expand into new corridors, we are looking for dedicated individuals to join our team.

Location of Job: DHA Phase 11, Islamabad (Only full-time, office-based positions).

Working Hours: 2 PM to 11 PM and night shift depending on requirements.

Experience & Qualification: Please apply only if meet the below experience & education

Compliance Executive: 0 to 2 years' experience in money remittance or financial business

Qualification: Inter,Bachelor's, Master's, or higher degree in the related field.

Key Responsibilities:

· Ensure all money transactions comply with the latest AML/CFT policies and procedures according to UK regulatory guidelines set by the FCA and other relevant regulatory bodies.

· Stay updated on regulatory changes, communicate effectively with staff, and advise senior management on compliance matters.

· Manage the compliance department efficiently, overseeing daily transactions, managing workload distribution, and fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment.

· Monitor transactions for suspicious activities and report findings.

· Collaborate with regulatory bodies and ensure timely submission of required reports.

· Develop and implement compliance policies and procedures.

. Possess strong organizational skills, multitask within clearly defined timelines, and have problem-solving abilities.

· Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and compliance practices.

· Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, and high level of accuracy.

· Effective communication and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
