About the Project
We are initiating an 8-month pilot project aimed at enhancing student learning outcomes in selected schools and districts of Rawalpindi. This initiative combines teacher training to improve educator capacity, coaching for continuous personal and professional development, and the integration of technology and Taleemabad-developed solutions to enrich the learning experience for students. Success in this phase will pave the way for a province-wide expansion over the next one year..
Role Overview
We are seeking a passionate and visionary program coordinator to lead this transformative project. The ideal candidate will not only manage the operational aspects but also drive the behavioral and systemic changes necessary to sustain the intervention. You will work closely with a team of educators, government officials, and other stakeholders to ensure the successful implementation and scaling of the project.
Key Responsibilities
Project Leadership and Management
- Lead the comprehensive planning, execution, monitoring, and evaluation of the project.
- Manage a team, ensuring high-quality outputs and timely task completion.
- Coordinate with internal teams to align project activities with organizational objectives.
Strategic Planning for Behavior and Systems Change
- Develop and implement strategies that promote behavior change among educators, students, and the community.
Stakeholder Engagement and Relationship Building
- Serve as the primary liaison with the government, educational institutions, and other key stakeholders.
- Build and maintain strong relationships to secure support and resources for the project.
- Engage with the community to foster ownership and sustainability of project outcomes.
Monitoring, Evaluation, and Reporting
- Establish and maintain monitoring and evaluation systems to track project progress and impact.
- Analyze data to inform decision-making and demonstrate outcomes to stakeholders.
- Prepare and present regular reports to internal teams and external partners.
Problem Solving and Adaptation
- Proactively identify challenges and develop innovative solutions.
- Implement mechanisms to capture feedback and adapt strategies accordingly.
- Ensure continuous improvement of project processes and interventions.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Education:
- Minimum Bachelor's degree (16 years of education) in Management, Project Management, Education, Social Sciences, Information Technology, Technology Management, Business Administration, or related fields.
- A Master's degree in Education, Development Studies, or a related field is highly preferred.
Experience:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, with a focus on education or social development projects.
- Demonstrated experience in behavior change initiatives and systems change management.
- Experience in the education sector, particularly with digital education solutions, is a strong advantage.
- Proven ability to manage large-scale, fast-paced projects.
Skills:
- Strategic and Analytical Thinking: Ability to develop long-term plans and analyze complex situations.
- Leadership and Team Management: Proven ability to lead and motivate teams towards achieving goals.
- Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Exceptional ability to communicate effectively with diverse audiences.

Travel:
Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time within the project areas.
