Job Overview

  • This role is responsible for overseeing fuel management across the region, ensuring effective and compliant end-to-end operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage regional fuel operations in alignment with assigned targets, policies, and defined processes.
  • Coordinate with teams to implement OPEX-saving and fuel efficiency measures.
  • Reconcile fueling data with vendors and HQ, maintaining records for audit purposes.
  • Track unjustified fuel consumption and conduct quarterly audits of fuel pumps, vehicles, MDG vans, and high fuel consumption sites.
  • Share findings with vendors and ensure timely resolution.
  • Follow up on operational issues, card bifurcations, adjustments, target reconciliations, and fuel requirements.
  • Maintain records of fuel cards, vehicles, stations, and update on new inductions or exclusions.
  • Perform monthly fuel closing and clear variances between uplifted and dispersed fuel transactions.
  • Verify UACs in accordance with the contract and ensure full compliance.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree required.
  • 1-2 Years of relevant work experience.
