Responsibilities
  • Maintain employee records (personal, educational, attendance, leaves data, etc.) according to company policies and legal requirements.
  • Assist in creating effective employee onboarding and orientation plans.
  • Be actively involved in initial screening of candidates and schedule interviews in coordination with managers.
  • Assist line managers in organizing events and activities for employees.
  • Assist in performance management processes.
  • Provide assistance in collecting data and conducting market surveys to develop market-competitive compensation plans.
  • Assist in developing and updating HR Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  • Coordinate with line managers to update Job Descriptions in a timely manner.
  • Handle all processing and documentation of employee onboarding and exit formalities.
  • Assist line managers with reward, recognition, and employee retention programs.
Minimum Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in HR operations and management.
  • Knowledge of local employment laws and regulations.
  • Experience with HRIS and HR databases.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
