Compensation and Benefits

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field with a minimum of 2 years' experience in HR and payroll processes in the retail sector.

We are seeking an experienced HR and Payroll Officer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the full-cycle payroll process, including salary calculation, deductions, and disbursement.

  • Manage the payroll process from start to finish, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with relevant labor laws and regulations.

In addition to the above responsibilities, the successful candidate will also assist in the recruitment process, including screening resumes and conducting interviews. They will also support training and development initiatives for employee growth and address employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A strong understanding of payroll systems and practices.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detailed-oriented with strong organizational abilities.
  • The ability to maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive information.
