Job Description
As a Business Development Manager at SISPN Technology, you will play a crucial role in driving our business growth and leading a team to ensure success. You will be responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities, building and nurturing client relationships, and promoting our services on Upwork. Additionally, you will manage the Upwork profile to maintain a strong presence and oversee the team's performance to achieve company goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Acquisition: Identify and target potential clients on Upwork in need of Website Development and Web Design services.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and addressing any concerns.
- Upwork Profile Management: Maintain an active and professional Upwork profile, ensuring a high success rate, positive reviews, and strong proposal responses.
- Team Management: Lead and mentor the business development team, ensuring they meet sales targets and maintain high-quality client interactions.
- Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and market dynamics to refine our services and business strategies.
- Sales Reporting: Provide regular reports on sales performance, including pipeline status, revenue projections, and sales forecasts.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Proven experience as a Business Development Manager of Upwork
- Strong expertise in Upwork bidding, client acquisition, and Upwork profile management.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills.
- Ability to manage and lead a team effectively.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with Web Development and Design services.
