Customer Support Representative (On-site – Islamabad DHA)

Location: DHA, Phase 1, Islamabad

Salary: PKR 35,000 – 45,000 per month

Rotational Shifts | On-Site

About the Role

SehatYab is looking for a dedicated Customer Support Representative to join our team in Islamabad. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in leading telecom call centers (Ufone, Zong, Telenor, Jazz, PTCL) and be skilled in handling customer interactions over the phone in the Urdu language.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls in Urdu with professionalism and courtesy.
  • Resolve customer queries, complaints, and requests efficiently.
  • Maintain accurate call records and escalate issues where required.
  • Deliver excellent customer service in line with SehatYab's standards.
  • Adapt to rotational shifts to ensure 24/7 service coverage.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree (mandatory).
  • 3 to 4 years of experience in Urdu call centers (Ufone, Zong, Telenor, Jazz, PTCL, or similar).
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills in Urdu.
  • Ability to work on-site in DHA Phase 1, Islamabad.
  • Customer-focused mindset with patience and empathy.
