Media at Marsons is a publishing company and tech services provider led by a small but passionate team. We are pleased to open the job posting for a Human Resources Executive to help us rapidly grow our team.
This role also requires some admin duties to be taken care of.
Job TypeFull Time. Office-based role.
5 days a week. 9 am to 6 pm.
Competitive Salary
- Manage end to end recruitment cycle.
- Sourcing, CV shortlisting, schedule interviews, manage correspondence & liaison with candidates.
- Identify and manage candidates throughout the hiring process, from initial identification to offer acceptance.
- Being on a constant lookout for seriously talented people by developing and maintaining a healthy candidate pipeline.
- Maintaining courteous communication with prospective candidates to foster long-term relationships.
- Really understands what sort of talent the company is looking for and prioritizing recruitment efforts based on those requirements.
- Coordinate and facilitate hiring managers on their respective hiring(s) flawlessly.
- Ensuring that accurate job descriptions (JDs) are in place.
- Help design SOPs and policies.
- Organize and arrange company activities and employee benefits.
- Proven work experience as an HR Executive of 6 months to one year.
- Hands-on experience with various interview formats (e.g. phone, Skype, and structured).
- Technical expertise with an ability to understand and explain job requirements for IT roles.
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases.
- Solid knowledge of sourcing techniques (e.g. social media recruiting).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent Negotiation skills.
- Solid understanding of HR practices & labor legislation.
- BSc in Human Resources Management, IT, or relevant degree.
