We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Hiring Associate who will be responsible for all aspects of the hiring process, from recruiting and interviewing candidates to onboarding new employees. Additionally, she/he will support the store managers in personnel-related matters.

Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment:
  • Follow recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates.
  • Post job openings on various job boards, social media platforms, and in-store.
  • Review resumes and applications, and conduct initial screening interviews.
  • Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing needs and qualifications.
Interviewing:
  • Conduct virtual interviews with potential candidates.
  • Assess candidates' qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
  • Coordinate interview schedules and communicate with candidates throughout the process.
Onboarding:
  • Oversee the onboarding process for new hires, including completing necessary paperwork, training, and orientation as required.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Review, Report and Follow up:
  • Review, report, and follow up on hiring activities regularly.
  • Maintain records of hiring activities, including applicant tracking and hiring metrics.
  • Provide and receive regular reports and updates to/from store management.
  • Work closely with store managers to meet staffing needs.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to strategic workforce planning.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Proven experience in recruiting and hiring, preferably in the retail or convenience store industry.
  • Capable of working on hiring portals, websites, and HR software.
  • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HR management tools.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Salary and Benefits:
  • 150,000 - 175,000 PKR with benefits (PF, Bonus, Health Insurance, and Pick & Drop).
