We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Sales & Marketing Associate to join our dynamic team. This role involves managing the full sales cycle, from lead generation to client acquisition, while also supporting proposal development and market research. The ideal candidate will work closely with the Business Development and Technical Pre-Sales teams to align solutions with client needs and industry trends, particularly within Oracle, SAP, and Salesforce ecosystems.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the Business Development team to manage and qualify incoming leads.
  • Handle end-to-end sales cycles, including pitch, presentation, proposal, and closure, in coordination with the Technical Presales team.
  • Identify new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and market research.
  • Lead the creation and submission of responses to RFPs, RFQs, and RFIs.
  • Analyse client requirements, develop customized proposals, and coordinate with cross-functional teams for timely delivery.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for clients throughout the sales and post-sales process.
  • Address client inquiries, provide timely updates, and maintain strong, long-term relationships.
  • Support customer onboarding and ensure smooth handover to delivery teams.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute campaigns, webinars, and events that drive lead generation and brand awareness.
  • Maintain accurate sales documentation, CRM updates, and pipeline reports.
  • Provide weekly/monthly updates on sales activities, lead status, and market trends.

Qualification & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in IT.
  • Understanding of CRM platforms, ERP systems, and cloud technologies is a plus (Oracle, SAP, Salesforce).
  • Strong communication, presentation, and proposal writing skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite, especially PowerPoint and Excel; familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) preferred.
  • Excellent time management, organizational, and negotiation skills.
