Job Description: Create, analyze and manage Pay Per Click campaigns across multiple search engines including Google AdWords, Yahoo Search Marketing, and MSN AdCenter. Setup and manage multiple ad campaigns. Creating a complete PPC strategy for clients taking into consideration their marketing objectives, current positioning in their online sector, usability and design issues, etc. Develop lists of potential keyword phrases by understanding the scope, client requirement and using keyword research tools. Write ad text and test alternate wordings to improve clicks and conversion rates. Expand campaigns and increase effectiveness by monitoring, testing and updating ad placements. Analyze performance trends, along with qualitative and quantitative data to recommend campaign changes and updates. Understanding of the processes and metrics involved in online advertising sales. Strong analytics ability for tracking the performance of campaigns including visitor behavior and should be able to draw conclusions and action plans. Generate monthly reports using API Keys and work with developers to upgrade the API application whenever a new API version is launched by Google & Yahoo. Developing automated processes and tools to ease PPC management and implementation. Recommend new avenues for pay-per-click marketing other than Google, Yahoo & MSN with a strong basis. Organize PPC workshops and training for coworkers and team members.
Job SpecificationDesired Candidate Profile: Preference for a minimum of 2 years of experience in managing Google and/or Yahoo campaigns is a must. Preference will be given to Certified Google Advertising professionals. Conceptualization and excellent written and verbal communication skills. Expertise in generating relevant leads and conversion at the lowest possible cost. Ready to take challenges to meet client ROI requirements. Must have thorough knowledge of PPC landing page optimization. Requires reporting skills with the ability to provide data-driven recommendations, ideas, and solutions. Should be proficient in Microsoft Office, especially in Excel including Macros, etc.
