ONE Technology Services is seeking a passionate and results-driven Front Sales Executive to join our team. This role combines sales expertise with a deep appreciation for design. You will be responsible for identifying potential clients, understanding their design needs, and offering tailored creative solutions that align with their brand vision.

What you need / Qualifications:

  • Proven experience (1–2 years) in sales, preferably in design, marketing, or creative agencies.
  • Strong presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Passion or interest in design, creativity, and digital experiences.
  • Ability to understand client pain points and translate them into solutions.
  • Self-driven, organized, and goal-oriented mindset.

What you'll do:

  • Understand client needs and recommend appropriate design solutions.
  • Deliver engaging sales presentations and demos of design capabilities.
  • Collaborate with the design and marketing team to create customized proposals.
  • Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline and meet weekly & monthly targets.
  • Follow up with leads and ensure excellent client service during and after the sales process.
  • Stay updated on design and marketing trends to better guide client decisions.
